I own the whole growth number — and build the systems that scale it.
Head of Growth for performance lead gen, marketplaces, telehealth, and insurance & legal networks. I scaled a lead gen network from ~$2M to ~$5M a month in buyer spend, and I'm comfortable with the P&L, the ad accounts, and the code.
Open to full-time (Canada) or contract / fractional (US & Canada) Remote Toronto, Canada
What I'm hired for
I come in as the person who owns growth end to end — the strategy, the channels, and the systems that connect them.
01 How we'd work together
- Full-time Head of Growth — own the P&L, the team, and the number.
- Contract / fractional growth lead — embedded, hands-on, clear deliverables.
- Remote, Toronto-based, on Eastern time. Open to full-time roles in Canada and contract work with US companies through my LLC.
02 Who I work best with
- Performance lead-gen networks & affiliate businesses
- B2B partnerships in logistics & automotive
- Telehealth and insurance / legal acquisition
- Marketplaces scaling supply & demand
03 Problems I'm hired to fix
- Scale buyer spend and open new verticals
- Build publisher & affiliate programs
- Run paid media at target CPL
- Fix lead quality, QA & delivery infrastructure
- Lifecycle re-engagement & GTM automation
Comfortable with the P&L, the ad accounts, and the code.
I'm a growth leader with 7+ years across sales, sales automation, partnerships, and performance marketing. I'm currently Head of Growth at NexLevel Direct, a performance lead generation network. There I took monthly buyer spend from ~$2M to ~$5M by opening GLP-1 and telehealth verticals, recruiting publishers, and rebalancing the buyer mix across legal, insurance, and home services.
I don't hand the technical work off. I lead the media buying team and run ~$75K a month in Google and Meta spend myself. I also built the lead delivery infrastructure and the automated lead and call scoring that let the network grow without lead quality dropping. Across my career I've driven $20M+ in revenue through publisher and affiliate programs.
Earlier I led partnerships and growth operations at CitizenShipper, built outbound sales automation at Nuvei, and grew a $3M sales territory at Chateau d'Ax. I studied Information Technology at York University. I work remotely from Toronto.
My first month
How I ramp into a growth role — an approach, not a promise. The results come after the audit tells us where the leverage is.
Audit
Map the funnel, tracking and attribution, the buyer / publisher mix, and the unit economics. Find where money leaks and where it compounds.
Quick wins
Ship the obvious fixes in media, partners and lifecycle — budget and bid moves, a few new partners, re-engagement of aged leads.
Roadmap
A prioritised growth roadmap with owners, plus a reporting cadence that ties media back to real revenue, not platform-reported numbers.
Own the number
Run it end to end — new verticals, QA and delivery infrastructure, and automation so growth holds as volume climbs.
Featured projects
Systems I've built and the results they produced. Each one reads like a short post — problem, what I did, result, tools.
