The problem
A lead gen network makes money only if the right lead reaches the right buyer quickly, and only if buyers trust what they receive. Junk leads from suppliers cost money and buyer confidence. Buyers also couldn't easily see whether a lead turned into a sale.
What I did
- Built the lead delivery infrastructure: publisher traffic → CRM → buyer endpoints, with call tracking and routing.
- Built automated QA that scores every lead and call before it reaches buyers.
- Built an AI call-analysis tool that flags suppliers sending junk leads so they can be cut.
- Set up automations so buyers see in real time whether each lead became a sale.
- Wrote a standardized integration playbook for onboarding partners.
Every lead and call is scored before it reaches a buyer — so the network could grow without quality dropping.
