A driver training academy for a 60,000-driver network

The problem

CitizenShipper's marketplace depends on a large network of independent drivers. Training them was expensive, and the platform needed a scalable way to bring new drivers up to standard and keep good ones around.

What I did

• Built the academy from scratch on Teachable.
• Wrote the curriculum and had the team record footage.
• Edited all the videos myself.
